Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and Florida. After receiving a degree in engineering, Ivan Combe a peruvian-american, began his real estate career in 2004. 

In his early years Ivan began to focus on learning the insides and outs of properties, this would lead to the foundation of his flipping business. Ivan morphs structural knowledge with legal knowledge to facilitate great customer service when conducting showings & walkthroughs. 

Furthermore, he is fluent in spanish and focuses some of his efforts on assisting specifically hispanic-american families buy & sell homes. Numerous sales and years later, Ivan Combe now enjoys traveling, watching championship soccer around the world, and visiting his family in Peru .
